  1. Infiniti reviews your facility information.
  2. After review, Infiniti releases your service agreement with the rates and buyout terms discussed, vendor form, and welcome packet to your Facility Dashboard.
  3. Review and electronically sign the agreement, then complete and return the vendor form.
  4. Infiniti reviews the returned documents and completes the required approvals before activating staffing access.
